In order of precedence, they are..
First of all the RVN Life Saving Medal -
For risking life to rescue RVN citizens. Authorized for award but not for wear on active duty uniform. We retired folks may wear if awarded.
Then the Wound Medal -
For wounds received in combat. Authorized for wear only if specifically awarded. Each award is represented by a large red star.
Followed by the Armed Forces Honor Medal, 1st Class -
For contribution to organization or training of the RVN Armed Forces. 1st Class for officers, 2d Class (not shown) for enlisted troops. Authorized for wear only if specifically awarded.
And the final entry form the above website, the Civil Actions Medal, 1st Class -
Awarded for outstanding achievements in the field of civil affairs. The individual award as opposed to the unit citation. 1st Class for officers, 2d Class (not shown) for enlisted troops. No Palm device authorized for this award. Authorized for wear only if specifically awarded.

The Korean Regimental Appreciation Medal -
Awarded by the regimental commander for contributions to operations and intelligence activities. May have been an RVN only award.
The Republic Of China Mutual Defense Badge -
Awarded activities in the defense of Taiwan. Because the US has recognized the mainland Chinese as representing China, the medal, awarded through the Taiwanese Cultural Centers (consulates), may not be worn on active duty uniforms. But we old farts can wear them as veteran's medals.
So there are the remainders for me. There's a pile of additional RVN medals, described in a previous post, that were routinely awarded to US troops of all of the services.
