Of course, the morons who designed this award ignored the convention that EVERY award of expeditionary medals get a star. (For instance, a single issuance of the Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal has a small bronze star on it)

Hence, my code for expeditionary medals may be a bit screwed up since this particular instance (GWOTEM) is different.

We'll have to see how this plays out...
