Hey John.
You may want to take out the "repeat boxes" for ribbons that have no attachments (i.e, Army Service, POW, Korean Defense Service Medal, etc). It may provide less confusion for your guests and less code for you to de-bug.

It was such an excellent suggestion that I took care of it immediately. Issue resolved. EXCEPT: Now I have to make sure that all the apurtenances are properly labelled and ready to go. But, ti should make it easier for my minions (that's you guys) to see which ones I don't have the appurtenances figured out for yet.
