Marine Corps Precedence

I assembled a Marine Corps rack which included the Marine Corps Expeditionary Medal (MCEM) and the American Defense Service Medal (ADSM). When the rack was assembled it had the ADSM in front of the MCEM however, according to the precedence used by the USMC the MCEM takes precedence over the ADSM.

This flaw should be corrected.
